Surface prep
Diamond grinding or shotblasting to achieve the correct concrete surface profile (CSP).

Crack and joint repair
We fill structural cracks and treat joints per system spec.

Primer coat
Manufacturer-specified primer.

Body coats
The epoxy itself, in your specified color, flake, or metallic system.

Topcoat
Clear urethane or polyaspartic for chemical resistance and UV stability.

Cure & inspection
Full cure typically 24–72 hours depending on system.
We install both industrial systems (high-build, chemical-resistant, with cove bases for sanitary environments) and decorative systems (metallic marbled, color flake, full-broadcast quartz). All work meets manufacturer specification.
Common questions
How long does an epoxy floor last?+
Properly installed industrial epoxy: 10–20+ years. Decorative residential: 15+ years with normal use.
Will it yellow in sunlight?+
Pure epoxy can amber over time. We finish with UV-stable polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat to prevent that.
Can you epoxy over old paint?+
No — and neither should anyone else. Coatings must bond to bare, profiled concrete. We remove failed coatings as part of prep.
Decorative options?+
Metallic marbled (mirror-like depth), full-broadcast color flake, solid color, or quartz aggregate. We can show samples.
