Concrete Overlays & Micro-Topping Systems in Florida
When the original slab won't polish — we install certified polishable and decorative overlays so you still get the floor you want.
Concrete Overlays & Micro-Toppings
A concrete overlay is a thin (3mm to 25mm) cementitious topping installed over an existing slab.
Polishable overlays let us deliver a true polished-concrete look on substrates that wouldn't normally polish; micro-toppings let us deliver smooth decorative finishes over rough or repaired slabs.
Common applications
- Existing concrete that won't polish (too soft, too damaged, contaminated)
- Renovations where tearing out the slab isn't an option
- Decorative finishes over rough substrates
